Hi! My name is Adlynn.
I’m Malaysian, a multilingual traveller, ex-corporate worker, and former working holiday maker. My journey has taken me through different chapters of life; from the corporate world to living abroad and now pursuing postgraduate studies in Early Childhood Teaching in Perth, Australia. Through this blog, I share my experiences, reflections, and the little discoveries that make each place meaningful.
My Journey So Far
1994 — Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 🇲🇾
2007–2011 — Entered my creative era. I spent countless hours drawing, writing fanfiction, and immersing myself in the world of anime. A time filled with imagination, creativity, and discovering the things I loved.
2011 — Graduated from high school with flying colours and began the next chapter of my education.
2012 — Pursued STPM, continuing my academic journey.
2014 — Began my Bachelor of Arts and Social Science (Honours) in Psychology.
2017 — Graduated with Second Class Honours. Took my first leap overseas and embarked on my first Working Holiday in Sydney, Australia.
2018 — Continued exploring Australia, including a journey to Horn Island in the Torres Strait.
Early 2019 — Stepped into the corporate world, managing the Nestlé client account.
Late 2019 — Returned to Australia for my second Working Holiday, continuing to experience life abroad.
2020 — Like many others around the world, my plans were disrupted by COVID-19.
2024 — Moved to Japan to study the language and immerse myself in a new culture.
2025 — Chose a new path and began my Master of Early Childhood Teaching journey.
2026 (Present) — Currently based in Perth, Australia, embracing a new chapter as a postgraduate student, preservice teacher, and lifelong learner.
